LONG JACK, aka Tongkat Ali, Eurycoma longifolia jack. Premium 100:1 freeze-dried extract from Malaysia. We weren’t getting expected results with generics, so we went with the strongest extract available. Dried at -40 C and 99% water soluble, this extract is the result of 20 years human and animal research. Supports healthy levels of sexual desire and activity. Worth researching this one on the web for more in-depth information. Long Jack has been used safely as support for healthy strength levels and sexual desire in Southeast Asia for hundreds of years.** Dose recommendations vary but for best results the extract should be taken regularly. For support of healthy sexual function, 100-200mg in morning with water, or 1.3mg x your weight in kg once a day. Bodybuilders often will take 250-500mg/day divided in two doses for 5 days on & 2 off per week. An additional 200mg dose is sometimes recommended before sexual activity, athletic events, etc. We’ve seen both “after meals” and “on empty stomach” recommended! Women are said to benefit from Long Jack at half the male dose. Luteolin is a bioflavonoid that is an active principle found in many herbs and in foods such as celery is the subject of numerous animal and human studies. Helps promote healthy blood sugar levels and insulin sensitivity, and reaction to oxidative stress and mitochondrial aging; furthermore, promotes healthy response to inflammation and muscle spasms and promotes healthy, youthful methylation and immune function. A recent study from the University of Illinois suggests luteolin promotes more youthful memory levels due to reduction of inflammation in the brains of aged mice. Of many plant extracts tested, luteolin provided the best protection from radiation for cell DNA. It may help protect the blood vessels of the eye against damage caused by radiation and glycation, and promote tough and flexible connective tissue by protecting hyaluronic acid from breakdown. Other recent studies we are not able to get into here but are well worth researching yourself with a web search.
