DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS:
Standard shipping via UPS ground service is $5.00 within the continental United States. Priority Mail, next day, 2nd day and three day are all charged at cost to the customer. We often ship packages under two pounds via Priority Mail service as our standard ship option. Larger, more expensive packages are shipped via UPS unless Priority Mail is designated.
We make every effort to process orders within 24 hours of retrieval. This includes next day, 2 day and 3 day orders. If you want an order shipped same day, please call our office at 800 777 1324. Orders submitted after 1 p.m. Friday may not be retrieved until the following Monday morning. Orders are not retrieved on holidays.
Priority Mail service is generally 2-3 working days delivery time, although this is not guaranteed. 2nd day air and 3 day select via UPS are guaranteed deliveries and trackable. If ordering on line, please remember your package may not go out the same day even if next day, 2nd day air or 3 day select has been designated.
General Policies: We are accepting international orders on a limited basis. Please note that some items, including prohormones, yohimbe, ecd, liquid items, cannot be shipped overseas by us. Customers outside the US accept all financial responsibility for orders, including lost, damaged packages, packages held by customs as well as any import taxes and duties. All countries have different import laws and restrictions -- if an order is returned to us because of import problems, we will refund product price less a 20% restocking fee if the items are in resellable condition. We ask that international customers ordering for the first time limit their orders to $100 or less. Orders in excess of $100 US will require credit card verification via faxing of a credit card statement billing/shipping address listed (you may block out purchase history for privacy). We are unable to verify international credit cards through our bank and do not accept paypal. We do accept international money orders.
Ordering Instructions: Customers may submit their orders over our online ordering system and we will return a ship quote for approval (please note any required fields that do not apply to international addresses may be filled with XX -- you may confirm your full address in the comments box). Our online ordering system does not charge credit cards. We ship via International Priority Mail. We declare full value of supplements on the shipping label and label the items Dietary Supplements.
**Canadian Customers: Canadian customers are limited to a strict 90 day personal supply of any product (Take number of doses listed on label and divide by maximum recommended number of doses per day to arrive at this number). This will exclude many of our powdered products. We also do not ship Acetyl L Carnitine, any prohormones (melatonin, etc.), yohimbe, hoodia, tryptophan and 5HTP. We are not familiar with other import regulations, so customers order at their own risk.
**Australian Customers: Please include a statment in the comments field similar to the following:
"The items contained in this order from Beyond a Century have been checked against the import/export scheme under the T.G’s.A of Australia available at www.tga.gov.au, Appendix A and B and are not listed as restricted."
