RUTIN (quercetin rutinoside) is a bioflavonoid found in buckwheat, apple peels, and citrus rinds, with antioxidant, antiallergic and inflammation moderating properties, but most noted for increasing strength of blood vessels and connective tissue, while inhibiting platelet aggregation.
