	Each self watering barrel planter has a 13" deep removable hard plastic liner with 1/4" holes in the bottom. The outer barrel is filled with water thru a hose connection near the top of the barrel. The barrel is then filled up to the bottom of the insert. The level is controlled by a small overflow hole in the side of the barrel keeping the insert just above the water line. Water leaches up into the soil as the plant needs it. The overflow hole also keeps the barrel from flooding when it rains. The barrel planters are 18" tall with a 23" diameter.
