	The white oak rain barrels have a downspout connector, three overflow male hose connectors, a brass spigot and a bottom drain plug. The brass spigot and the bottom drain plug are interchangable. Made from recycled 53 gallon white oak whiskey barrels for the old fashioned authentic rain barrel look. Our white oak rain barrels are identical to the original rain barrels of yesteryear in that if they are allowed to dry out, the boards will shrink and small leaks can occur. When water is kept in the barrels, they will not leak. Usually it only takes a matter of several hours for a barrel to re-seal itself after being allowed to dry out. The water marks that are created by these occasional drying out periods are considered by most to add to the character of the rain barrels as well as helping to create the same antique appearance of the original rain barrels. 	When a flex elbow is ordered at the same time as a rain barrel, it can be shipped inside the rain barrel at no extra cost to us. When it is ordered without a rain barrel, we have to apply a shipping charge, to cover our shipping costs. Our Flex elbows comes in white or brown and are attached to the downspout and used to direct the flow of water from the downspout to the rain barrel. 	Our white oak party barrel is made from a genuine 53 gallon whiskey barrel. It comes with a white oak rope handled lid and a 15" deep plastic liner which will hold several cases of soft drinks or beer. The plastic liner is plumbed to a brass spigot on the back side of the barrel that is used to drain off water from the melted ice. Of course it is also deep enough to hold and chill bottles of wine. The party barrel is also great for point of purchase displays in convenience stores and liquor stores.
