Unique to this magnetic jewelry is the larger, stronger, 24kt gold-plated backing magnet. This special backing magnet makes it possible to wear it safely and comfortably not only on the ears, but also on the nose and around the lips. This thin washable backing magnet is simply placed anywhere behind the ear, inside the nose or between the lip and gum; then the jewelry is placed on the front. The backing and jewelry magnetically attract each other through the skin and hold each other in
